Technical requirements

We recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox to actively participate during the virtual conference.

Safari, Internet Explorer and old Microsoft Edge versions (before Chromium) are not supported.

Registration process and joining the live event

After you've registered on the registration page, please make sure to check your email. You will receive an email with further instructions, including your personal login code, that you need to enter into the login box on the homepage in order to access live sessions.

If you have not received an email 10 minutes after your registration, please check your spam folder, as the automated email may have been caught by your spam guard system. 

To join your sessions

1. Click Agenda in the top menu bar
2. Navigate down to the session you want to join
3. Click join now
4. The screen will refresh - scroll past the blank screen and click Join via the Zoom app
5. Your Zoom should open - click Launch meeting.

Recordings

This event will be photographed, and/or recorded on behalf of the organiser(s) for display, distribution, and broadcast, including on television and the worldwide web. By attending or participating in this event, you are giving your consent to be photographed and/or recorded and waive any claims regarding the use of your image or contribution. If you do not want to be shown in the video, please keep your camera and microphone turned off.
